(you go to your wallet where your steem dollars are at the bottom and hit the carrot and where it says to who, you put in tipu and then the amount. I usually do 1 SD at a time and use it when I am low voting power to make up for it. ;) It is a nice little feature and they give you a little tip for using them. Another reason I do it little at a time! :)
