A greeting to our community of steemit, thanks to our friend @beanz, first congratulate all the women in their day, I would not reach the words to express what they mean and inspire in my life, for my mom is the best in the world. An account of what has been lived and admired by women who are both mother and father.
About 10 years ago, a lady with two teenage girls and a boy in the arm looking for work knocked on the door of my house. When my mother opened the door, she went out and told the lady that she did not need anyone. The lady's name was Elsy. to cry and begged her to give her work that came from Colombia looking for a better quality of life for her children and for her, noticing Elsy's desperation, my mom invited her to come in. She began to tell her story and the journey she had what to do to get to Venezuela.
That day my mom waits for my father to arrive from work to make a decision to make with Elsy, he was not very happy but I accept that despite being a stranger he started working in our house, cleaning and helping my mother in chores from the home, while with the help of our family we helped their daughters to go to school and in their free time they went to other houses to clean to help Elsy.
Elsy stayed 8 years in my house and was part of our family, characterized by an honest person, with a humble personality and a good heart, for us she was our second mother, nowadays due to the situations that we live in our country, she returned to Colombia and we still miss her and cry, every day we give thanks to God for making us happy people in our lives that despite coming as a stranger became an important being and inspiration for us.

What a kind hearted family. So sad to hear that she was made go back to her country. I hope she still fights for a better life.
