The First Season of Wombat Dungeon Master is coming to an end, and I'm happy to report that my current stats look like this:
- Collected Points: 861k
- Mining Power: 1950
- Gold Packs Received: 2
- Silver Packs Received: 4
- Standard Packs Received: 4
- Estimated points per day: 55k
Currently and for the foreseeable future, I am staking gold and silver packs received in my daily chest. My Mining Power will take a small hit next week as the new power values are implemented; the biggest change will be the power nerf of gold and silver packs.
What is Wombat Dungeon Master?
It's a simple, passive clicker game where you send your wombat on a mission into the dungeon for varying lengths. Shorter runs provide higher contributions which yield more points that are collected in your daily chest reward. When you open your chest, you also have a small chance each day to receive a pack that can be staked for mining power, sold, or opened to reveal special equipment to make your wombat more powerful.
The game spans across the WAX and EOS blockchains, allowing you to stake up to 100 qualified NFTs from both blockchains. You'll want to consult the list of NFTs below to check if you're looking to buy one, or check if you already own one!

The current (1st) season ends on Wednesday, March 23rd, and there will be a period of 6 days without any missions. Wednesday, March 30th, will be the start of season 2! Season 2 brings lots of exciting things, like mining for resources that can be combined to produce special NFTs and hopefully loads of unannounced surprises.
Getting Started For Free on Dungeon Master
If you're looking to get started, you don't need any NFTs at all, just begin running missions. However, I would recommend starting on Womplay, which will get you going on the EOS blockchain. You can earn NFTs from Womplay games like Chess Universe or convert Wombucks to EOS on a weekly basis.

There's lots of equipment in the game that can help boost your Mining Power. I have common gear for most slots right now, but I'll refocus on this part of the game in Season 2. Doing some basic maths, the higher Mining Power I have, the more useful equipment will be.
