The songs I play in the end are Morrison's Jig and the chords to Whiskey in the jar.
This is how I make instruments. I never properly learned how to make instruments, "real" luthiers might be doing it completely differently.

I have the utmost respect for the "real" luthiers but without us the world would be an uneventful boring place where no one could afford an instrument and there would be no imagination. I have a friend that builds 4000 dollar acoustic guitars and we send each other business often...... What you do is tradition and roots culture.
