The word of God is the supernatural seed that produces results in every life that it is found. Jesus, in His powerful illustration points out the need for a good ground. That ground is our heart and for our hearts to be good for fruition, it must be willing. A willing heart is that good soil that brings the desired fruits. The word is of no use to any heart that isn't willing to obey.
Matthew13:23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.
When the word comes forth, obedience is the fuel that brings the increase and the harvest. It is pertinent to go back to where we missed it, if we are not seeing the manifestation of God's word in our lives. How willing and obedient are you?Isaiah 1:19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: The problem is not the promise but the unwillingness and disobedience of the heart in which the promise should be nurtured to it's fulfilment. Have God asked you to leave that relationship, job, career, etc but you still hold on to it because of fear of not getting another? Has God asked you to be holy but you still struggle with sin because you think holiness is old school and as such it's not possible in your generation? Take a critical look into your life today. Why is all the seeds that pastors are planting in your life not yielding the hundred, sixty and thirty fold? From today, make a decision to be willing and obedient.
Let's pray. Heavenly Father and King of all, thank you for the seed of your word in our spirit. We are sorry for the years of our stubbornness, unwillingness and disobedience. Please help us to be transformed, that we may experience the fruitfulness of your word in every area of our lives, in Jesus' name. Amen. Remain fruitful.
So many people including myself still struggle wit the word of God which is yea and Amen,My prayer is that the grace to abide under his canopy forever should be always there for us and we as individuals should try to live up to expectation.
Amen. Thanks for your beautiful words.

It helps to believe the promise. That may sound overly simplistic until one sees just how subtle unbelief actually is.
Sure. Thanks for your comment
