Word Poetry Challenge #5: "Beauty and Madness"

in #wordchallenge7 years ago

Writers, essayists and poets are really aspiring,
To define its meaning, the mystique so demanding.
Is beauty depends on the beholders eye,
Or beneath the skin which you can’t buy.

Nefarious decisions may fall into the pit,
The substance of two, together let us sit.
Fair skin, pointed nose, slender body, is this beauty?,
Or the colors expressed by painters in harmony?

The graceful walk, the colorful talk, is this beauty?
Or the existence of ones person which remains mystery.
And for sure madness is bad when self-centered,
Yet, the opposite when you’re craving to serve.

Yes, I affirm that it has so many faces.
Even if the world has so many races.
Languages may differ from here to there,
But the meaning is the same everywhere.

Now, for me its within the heart,
Madness will push to get beauty in part,
Of ones being endowed naturally,
For you? is it the same as what I say?

Meanings do differ too. Though one can argue, that there are some core meanings with no differences. Words like mother, father etc.

I agree with you @bacus15 because of each anthropological prerogatives and its meaning is certainly relative to what I mean. However if this is coupled with "moral obligations" I think it will and enough in settling in the same ground.
