La idea de trabajo.
¿Qué es trabajar? ¿Qué finalidad tiene trabajar?
Esta es una nueva mirada a la forma de vida relacionada con el trabajo y con nosotros mismos.
Hoy contemplamos, como los demás ámbitos de la vida, el trabajo como algo decaído, desganado, sin alma. No es natural que la mayoría de porcentajes del ser humano quiera trabajar.
Esto no es culpa del ser humano, o que sea vago, o que sea perezoso. Es culpa del sistema deshumanizado en el que vivimos
El sano enfoque laboral es aquel que incluye una sana finalidad, un servicio con alma, con un sentido y dirección, propósito y coherencia con el que lo que realiza.
No podemos dedicarnos a trabajar a para ganar dinero, para mera supervivencia.
El trabajo siempre debe contener una integración de la mejora de la vida de los demás y de naturaleza en la que vivimos.

The idea of work.What is work? What is the purpose of work?
This is a new look at the way of life related to work and to ourselves.
Today we see work, like all other areas of life, as something decadent, listless, soulless. It is not natural that the majority of human beings want to work.This is not the fault of the human being, or that he is lazy, or that he is lazy. It is the fault of the dehumanized system in which we live.
The healthy approach to work is one that includes a healthy purpose, a service with soul, with meaning and direction, purpose and coherence with what is being done.We cannot dedicate ourselves to work to earn money, for mere survival.
Work must always contain an integration of the improvement of the life of others and of the nature in which we live.
Hay una forma de vivir el ámbito laboral con alegría y entusiasmo, y esa forma solo se consigue únicamente cuando te conoces a ti mismo y realizar en el exterior aquello que ves que puedes aportar y saber con certeza que es sano y bueno para los demás.
Una de las formas de descubrirlo es ver tus necesidades, heridas, dificultades que has tenido; y una vez las has superado puedes enseñarla a los demás.
El trabajo debe de ser una alegría de vivir.
Una de las cosas que nos sucede a los seres humanos es que estamos demasiado “partidos”. Estamos demasiado divididos interiormente. En casa somos de una manera, en el trabajo otra, con los amigos de otra. Esto tiene que terminar. Debemos conocernos y respetarnos. Debemos saber quién verdaderamente somos y ser siempre fieles a nuestros principios, valores y dignidad humana, genuina y primordial.
EL trabajo entonces, formará parte de un área sana más de nuestra vida en la que estaremos encantados de estar y realizar, ya que no tenemos que ponernos máscaras ni hacer algo que no queramos. Seguimos siendo nosotros mismos y aportamos y vivimos conectados, sin tonterías ni falsedades.
There is a way to live the work environment with joy and enthusiasm, and that way is only achieved only when you know yourself and perform on the outside what you see that you can contribute and know with certainty that it is healthy and good for others.
One of the ways to discover it is to see your needs, wounds, difficulties that you have had; and once you have overcome them you can show it to others.
Work should be a joy of life.
One of the things that happens to us human beings is that we are too "split". We are too internally divided. At home we are one way, at work another, with friends another. This has to stop. We must know and respect each other. We must know who we really are and always be faithful to our principles, values and human dignity, genuine and primordial.Work then, will be part of another healthy area of our life in which we will be happy to be and perform, since we do not have to put on masks or do something we do not want to do. We are still ourselves and we contribute and live connected, without nonsense or falsehoods.
Una de las cosas que falta al ser humano actual es la transparencia y la honestidad. Seguimos escondiéndonos detrás de mil formas para no mostrarnos cómo somos. Tenemos que ser fieles a nuestro eje central. El trabajo va a cambiar de forma, y no será algo apartado, apestado, pesado, desquiciado, roba-energías. Será un espacio libre donde la finalidad se tiene clara, compartido, flexible, donde puedan acudir la gente querida a visitarte, sin estupideces actuales.
Pasará de ser un lugar para la producción y la ganancia para lucrarse a ser un lugar donde aportar algo verdaderamente mejora social, individual y mundanamente.

One of the things that human beings lack today is transparency and honesty. We continue to hide behind a thousand forms so as not to show ourselves as we are. We have to be faithful to our central axis. Work will change its form, and it will not be something secluded, stinking, heavy, unhinged, energy-stealing. It will be a free space where the purpose is clear, shared, flexible, where dear people can come to visit you, without current stupidities.
It will go from being a place for production and profit to be a place where to contribute something truly improves socially, individually and worldly.

Estoy completamente de acuerdo con tu post. Las nuevas generaciones, cada vez mas, estamos buscando la manera de ser felices con lo que hacemos y no solo para sobrevivir... Tal vez esta nueva visión del trabajo de un vuelco de aquí a unos pocos años 😊
Te doy un consejito. Es mejor que dividas en párrafos la parte que esta en ingles en tus post. Así cualquier curador de habla inglesa se sentirá mas cómodo al leer tu post 😊 un abrazo
