We all work or will work in our jobs with many different kinds of people. What are some important characters of a coworker (somebody you work closely with).

in #work7 years ago

Introduction
Nowadays a large number of people are workers; they work together in workplaces and get close with many different people from different places, often becoming friends also. It is human nature that where a person works, studies or lives they get close to people ambient to them. Some coworkers are better to be a friends with; they have a good nature. However, there are also some coworkers who are are different in nature and their characters are worse, which shows their aggressive behavior. So, in my opinion, there could be different kinds of people whom we admire or get irritated with depending on their qualities.
• Characters of a good coworker
• Hardworking
As discussed, there could be good coworkers whom we can get close to. So, if I had a job then I would like to have a hardworking person whom I will work together with. It is not only about improving skills and getting promotions, but also about union strength. At the beginning, we will work together, which would make our deeds progressive. Both of us will have great work experience because of labor and hard work with our coworker.
• Caring and friendly
It is a different kind of good quality to be frank, friendly and caring in nature. It would be easy to work if my coworker would be friendly and honest. If I had a caring and sharing companionship like a friend at work, then I would care for her and I could rely on her in many cases. There will be some promises and sympathy for each other and a strong bond; we would be a good example of better and admirable coworkers.
• Characteristics of bad coworkers
Nobody wants to work with coworkers with an opposite ideology. I don’t want to work with a dishonest colleague who would be an obstruction in my working life. He may be a liar, he can complain about me, and also create gossip about me in the work place. It is a very bad character of a coworker to share anyone’s confidential secret. The bad coworker will now be unreliable and other coworkers will keep their distance, which is not good for the workplace. These are the bad characteristics of a coworker that I don’t want in my working life.
• Conclusion
As discussed, both good and bad characteristics of a colleague are expected in my working life. Coworkers with Good and friendly behavior are always desirable and working with a bad natured and dishonest person is not desirable. It’s important to have good relationships with coworkers to improve the workplace, whereas the bad coworker can cause problems. So, in my opinion, I would love to work with a well behaved, good personality and an honest colleague in the future.
