The fact remains that hard work and smart work must go hand in hand for you to be successful. Smart work is about making the right strategy, about following a disciplined work culture. Hard works translates your vision and ideas into results. Working hard and working smart are not exclusive of each other
Based on what i have seen with most people around me, i would say both hard work and smart work leads to residual or passive income while neglecting smart work and just utilizing plain old hard work leads to a lot of bills after retirement. That is all I have seen.
