I've been working for Telos for almost a year now, believe it or not! Telos is the first ever job I have worked for the longest time! Do you know why? Because I love what I am doing! It is essential that you love what you do to make it last. It's not only a job for me but also a passion and a family.
As I was reflecting, I never thought I'd come this far already. From being a little squirrel into being a Lead Supervisor now. One of my contributions for the past months was actively doing the tasks for Facebook and Twitter, also leading my own team. I know I am not the best, I know I have lapses, I know I am not perfect but I do know that I am trying my best. Being not the best will still give us the drive to improve more and be receptive to being coached for us to be better if not the best. If we already know to ourselves that we are on top of others, we cease to become better.
Q2 was full of trials, especially in the crypto space, which we all know we are in the bear market. But together with Telos and the community, we continue to build bridges instead of walls. I can proudly say that I am part of the team's growth and success! We continue to reach targets and continue to do what we really love to do.
With Telos, I am not only gaining experience, but also I am gaining much more knowledge about something and doing something that I've never done before.
Let us all manifest more success not only in ourselves but also with the people that are around us!
