Humans are made to do activity to provide resources.
The modern world can make t difficult to differentiate when that is achieved, and when it something more.
That being said, it's a natural state to be working all the time.(even if it's 'not work' a such). Productive time, maybe.
Non productive leisure time is a new concept in human biology. Or human psyche, rather.
(in terms of thousands of years, it's only this last 100 where it has been an option)
All the 'healthiest' people I know (psychologically speaking) are busy people working with their hands , making things...
I'm not sure what that says, if anything, but it is a noticeable similarity I have seen over the years..
