Write them down. Might be the most important thing of all! I've known so many who will use the excuse of "I've got it in my head." Best thing I've suggested to many is a white board. Write them in a place where you will see them and review them every day. I tend to subscribe a bit to the process James Clear mentions in Atomic Habits, 1% better or movement toward those goals every day. Focus on today, and great things will come.
