Driving for a week now I come to realize that it is my duty to try and fill the customers 10-20 min with me as a compliment to the rest of their evening. REGARDLESS if they are having a terrible or fantastic day. IT PAYS TO pay attention be polite and provide efficient competitive service....with a smile
