Start from the bottom up
- Make yourself stable(core strength, structural balance, Muscle firing patterns, Vision training, Vestibular training.
- Build Lean muscle to support your bones provide protection for the body, great aesthetics, increased metabolism, increased energy and confidence
- Doing Conditioning exercises( Circuit Training, Sled, Kettlebell Training, Car Pushing, circus-style training, rock climbing
- Eat according to what your doing ( the days your doing activity eat enough to fuel the body to be great at what you're doing(enough food don't over do it)Days where your not training decrease your eating a little because you will not be active so that you don't store anything as body fat
- Make time to meditate and practice regular deep breathing exercises, These will allow you to acquire such a focus that people around will wonder what it is that you're doing.
- Try to lower your exposure to wifi, electromagnetic radiations, and blue light exposure it will begin to make you sick over time. Resulting in low immunity and problems with sleeping, weight gain, and various mental disorders.
- Choosing foods that are from sources that are pure and less that are refined and processed.
Over time there will be an awakening process
- Better self-body image
- more energy
- more confidence
- feel less pain
