This weekend I managed to get my new weights to workout with. I was very happy that I get to workout with my weights to build or improve my strength. As well as muscle mass. Fitness is something that I like to do as my hobby. I am working on getting better.
Lifting heavy makes me feel stronger ( :
I like to do calve raises. I can start to see the progress in my claves when I flex them (: I have hiked once and I run as well that also helps out too.
Next, is the reverse plank. This helps your abs a lot. Hold your abs for a couple seconds and you can feel your abs burning (: You should try it out.
I am still working on getting better. It takes time to see improvements or changes.
