Lunges
Situps
Side lunges
Scapula pushups
Lying hip raises
Leg raises
Pike pushup
Calf raise left
Calf raise right

20 seconds work then move into the next exercise immediately. 2 rounds. Then move onto:

Burpee x5
Plank 30 seconds

3 rounds. No rest.

Thanks, ill let you know what I think of it. I dont know what scapula pushups are, i can google it though
