in #workout5 years ago (edited)

What is the best mobile phone app that you can use it to lose weight? You’re probably using your phone more often that then usually. But are you using it in a healthy way?

Because you’re staying more time at home and gym it’s not an option now. I want to tell you here 3 mobile apps, that can help you to lose weight.

1. Nike Training App.

(PlayStore / AppStore)

This app has been created by Nike and the big plus that it has its that you can customize your workout.
You can choose what part of body you want to workout and and you can choose the time of your availability. So if you have 20 minutes between meetings you can choose tu work something out in this time.
One more I think it’s that you can choose what type of equipment you have. You can do bodyweight with no equipment, lightweight or full fledged gym.
This feature that you will love it’s that, you have a real person that’s showing you how to do these exercises. Is no a live person but it’s real and it shows you exactly how to do this exercises correctly.
The last feature that I want to tell you about is the premium feature. Basically it’s a 6 to 8 Wickes program that you can choose whether to improve your flexibility, strength or getting a little bit more toned.

2. MyFitnessPal

(PlayStore / AppStore)

MyFitnessPal it’s really helpful to understand What’s your intake looking like. Now that you are staying at home you can track all the food that you’re eating. You don’t think any more about nutrition you just think about access.
By tracking it with MyFitnessPal you can see what you are doing wrong and how can you turn it around.
a great feature at MyFitnessPal it’s that they have a huge library of different kind of foods. With the search function you can find different foods that you usually get them in restaurants and grocery stores.

3.Fitness apps Sworkit

(PlayStore / AppStore)

Sworkit it’s an abs specific workout app. If you’re sitting at the desk especially if you’re working from home you put a lot of strain in the lower back. And the best way to support that it’s to have a really strong core.
This app separates workouts between something more abs specific, they also have something that score related, and finally they have the absolute abs which covers both abs and core.
You can also set it for a specific time that you want. I recommend you to start from a lower time like 4 minutes and gradually rise time with 30 seconds up to 1 minute every week.

Conclusion

These are my three favourite apps that I’m recommending for home workout.
