Hello everyone,
I'm back to write my first blog and I wanted to tell you about what I've been considering my New Years resolution even though as many of you probably know, it is very easy to let those go about mid way through the year or with my experiences about mid way though February and even sometimes January. Anyway, I decided that I wasn't happy with my noodle arms and stilt legs, so I want to make a change this year and actually gain a little muscle. I wouldn't complain about a booty either.
So, last night was my first time ever doing an at home workout and I was doing it with my roommate, who let me tell you has a much better understanding of this whole get fit thing than I do. we were kind of all over the place, working a little on the arms, on the legs and even got some ab workouts in there. I thought I was doing good until I tried something called a jack knife? ( its an ab workout) I definitely do not have any abs to work out...that's for sure. But you have to laugh about it or it wouldn't be any fun now would it!
Well, this morning surprisingly my 'abs' were feeling fine. However, my legs and triceps not so great. But I still decided I wouldn't give up, definitely not this soon. We decided to work on only abs tonight since everything was out of order... It went pretty good thankfully.
Now I want to know if any of you have done home workouts and if you may have some helpful tips for me, clearly I have very little experience with this so any help is appreciated!
