Amazing Boost of Natural Energy During Workout!

I started my workout today, kind of sluggish. A couple of sets in I realized this is going to be a long, lame workout at this rate. I thought of juicing because normally after a fresh juice, my whole body feels like it's vibrating. Every cell feels alive and coursing with energy. I was working out at home so I was able to head to my kitchen and juice a fresh glass of carrot juice.

The trick is that it has to be pressed fresh and drunk immediately after juicing. If it sits past 20 to 30 minutes it loses that energetic effect. That's why all those jars of juice at the store are kind of missing the point. Yes, all the nutrients are still there but it's no longer "alive."

Drank that down. Not long after I was totally in the zone. I even forgot about my low energy just a bit earlier. And the energy is natural so it doesn't crash like with artificial stimulants.

You obviously don't need to wait to juice during a workout. Try it as a pre-workout energy drink before heading out to the gym. Juicing works best on an empty stomach for that energetic effect.

Anyhow, I was excited about my little trick, a natural energy drink without any caffeine. Thought I'd share! Would love to hear how or if this works for you.
