Feels amazing to be back at the gym, haven't gone since Saturday.
Was basically something new I am trying, Full Body Workout 3-4 times a week.
Every exercise I did 4 sets 8-12 reps
- Squats + Chin Ups
- Bench Press + Leg Extension
- Back Row + Leg Curl
- Shoulder Press
- Triceps One Arm Cable Pulldown + Bicep Barbell 7-7-7
- 5 Minutes Eliptical
Took exactly 1 hour, feeling amazing, increased the weight for every workout too.
Tomorrow I want to do Core, Shoulders, Calves and HIIT Cardio.
Just wait until you see what I ate afterwards...You wouldn't believe I am still hungry lol.
It is such an awesome feeling to finally be back in the gym after a short break. Keep us posted on your progress with the full body routine. I think once I pick up a new routine again next week, I may try the same thing. Good luck and happy lifting!
