Tried........ success rate maybe at 20%...hehe!
I mean... to trot at his adviceable rate was very very slow! I cant always land my foot on the ball of my foot all the time!(you need to watch the video to understand what im talking about).
Tried a few times... just too slow. But actually if you take the time to really do it you might actually enjoy it. Your body will naturally bounce off the ground like you are jumping but with less impact on your joints. Which is good. Maybe i will try another time more seriously... hehe!
I managed to run nonstop for 4km today because i slow jog at a very manageable pace.
So if you are looking to achieve your targetted distance you should definitely do this. But if you target on a low average pace then you should jog faster. Hmmmm.... you have to consider the pros n cons of jogging faster or slower n pick the one that suits you most!
Managed to grab a breathtaking view of sunset.
I am always accompanied by my husband when i go for a jog. Fortunately he loves running n i guess he loves me 😍😍😍😉!!!!!
Panjang plak bebelanku kali ni... hehe! .
