Ingredients:
200 g chicken breast
100 g manyokka cut in to cubes and boiled
1 tomato chopped
some celery chopped
1 tsp chopped capsicum
salt
pepper
1 tsp lime juice
Method:
Marinate the chicken with salt,pepper, mustard paste, soya sauce and roast in the oven for 15min in 175C.
Mean while boil the manyokka and let it to cool.
Take a bowl and add all other ingredients and tossed salad.
