Well my friend the issue on which you are talking about is good and sound good but at same time we don't underestimate there are curruption and mafia and other underworld and many illigal activity that also contribute to this hunger. It's only not the solution to reduce the military expensive.

I totally agree that it is not the only solution and there are other fundamental problems that need to be solved at the same time. But I do believe that it is a start.
