Denmark, Singapore, and Costa Rica has its own way to be the happiest country in the world.
Everyone definitely wants happiness. However, not everyone is completely happy.
Variety of ways conducted by each man to find happiness. Starting from searching for the couple's dream, buying luxury goods, even seeking the country's ideal to spend the rest of life with a happy ending.
Indeed it is often the place where we live might affect happiness. It could be that because the climate is comfortable, friendly inhabitants, or system in the country that makes its citizens can live quietly.
Dan Buettner in his book ' The Blue Zones of Happiness ', found that some countries have more people happy than any other country. The reason they are happier among others due to guarantee decent living and free amenities, a clear hierarchy of life, as well as a lot of social interaction.
He obtained those results based on research he had done through the polls from Gallup, Eurobarometer and Latinobarómetro.
The following countries with a population of most blessed according to Buettner, as well as research and what can we learn from these reasons.
Denmark
In Denmar, said Buettner, citizens paid for College, get free health care, get paid maternity leave and for 10 months for men and women, and are entitled to a pension fund.
"You just have to pursue a job that you love," said Buettner.
Compare with in Indonesia, school fees and tuition is expensive, free health facilities are still not adequate, pregnant and gave birth to leave only 3 months and applies to women only, and then only for retired civil servants. We often have to work anything for it to be worth living.
However, in order to be happier, Buettner recommends that we find work that fits our favorite. "Take the time to think about Your purpose in life," said Buettner.
Buettner also recommends that we actually know the values in themselves, what we like, and what is best for us, as well as how to get it.
Singapore
"Singapore offers a very clear path to success," said Buettner. This is what gives calmness while citizens live their lives.
In this small country, people do not need to think a matter of messes. They simply choose a school that will enter, work to get, type partner should marry, or clubs that want to follow.
That needs to be done is raring to go. As long as we remain humble and vigorous work, then financial stability and our social status will be maintained.
Some people may value freedom more than stability. However, Buettner said that stability gives a sense of tranquility and a sense of security. When the concern is diminished, then happiness is more easily achieved.
Buettner also said, if we mememiliki more money and want happiness then better use it to pay the mortgage, buy insurance, or save money instead of buying new clothes and gadgets.
"The happiness of the gadget will run out in a month, while happiness because of financial security will last for many years even decades," he added.
Costa Rica
Buettner said that Costa Rica offers the highest daily level of happiness in the world. The source of happiness is generally related to the family, religion, and social interaction.
"The inhabitants of Costa Rica interact face-to-face social 5-6 hours every day," he said.
Buettner also says that the inhabitants of Costa Rica regularly gathered to watch football matches, concerts and barbecues. They also never miss a dinner with the family on weekends.
Apparently the direct interaction with others--not through gadgets--make people happier and able to produce communication and a deep mutual understanding so people really feel has a lot of friends.
"Therefore often begin to eat with your friends, get some coffee and watch a sporting event or concert music with friends, and doing other activities together," he said.

Thanks for your effort here. Though the first thing we should understand is that if we are unhappy now, we will still be unhappy no matter what country we move to! Because happiness is a matter of the heart & mind ;)
You welcome brother.. 😊😊😊😢 @samstonehill
great article , thanks for sharing.
just one small detail, I am from Costa Rica and that image looks like it is from an arab family not a costa rican one.
I think costa Rica is actually not one of the happiest but at least we try to mask the negative and show positivist. Iike with many countries we need to fix many things like corruption and pollution . there is a lot of road rage here like on other countries. I actually dont like this 'news' that we are one of the happiest because it does not reflect the reality, it only reflects the attitude we have. We try to make the best from the situation.
