  2. When you want to roll starting from the head to toe, make sure you run and create the momentum, the force to help you roll more smoothly

  3. Avoid wearing glasses and be careful of your nose and finger while rolling. It can be aggressive when bumping to other people in order to catch the football. The bubble wear itself has weight so it’s a good workout for strengthening your arm and leg muscles.
