The England boss Gareth Southgate recently named spurs talisman Harry Kane the New England captain after months of deliberation between the likes of Jordan Henderson of Liverpool abd Eric Diet of spurs. This decision was made during a meeting with the squad at St. George's Park on Monday night.
Kane's words: "It's an amazing honour, you always dream of playing for England growing up and to be the captain is that little bit more" He said.
He seemed really excited about leading this England Group to the World Cup and also emphasized onbthr part of him staying the same, that it won't be about him but solely about the team and also trying everyday in their power to go as far as possible in the World Cup.
