apparently nothing cause if was double my weight i will be literally a mass of fat with heart disease issues and dead in weak and if i would be half my weights i would have anorexia nervosa and i couldn't lift even my cell phone! (and probably dead in a week).
i have to lose a couple of kilos though

Well, I'm not a tall guy but double my weight I think I could deal with it. I wouldn't enjoy either but I could always try to loose the weight. If not then all you can eat is the new lifestyle!
