Went on another excellent adventure the other day! :)
I ended up cancelling the primary mission due to unforeseen reasons and went to different spot where I thought i'd find stuff, but didn't find very much...
Although, there was one really interesting thing I did find!
Looks kinda like a secret hideout, not very old... Prob around 50 years old... Though, it's really beautiful looking in some ways and I look forward to checking it out in person at some point in the future.
One of the highlights of the day was noticing how much stronger my legs are when riding the bike and how much quicker I got where I wanted to go and how much more ground I was able to cover! What a great idea it was to get the mountain bike!!!
There was one point I almost crashed riding down something I should have walked down and I jammed into a big rock the bike couldn't really roll over and had to kind of let go and jump off a little bit or else I would have flown over the handlebars.
It reminded me that I need to be more careful and walk through any area that looks sketchy.
I did notice though how much fun it was riding around some of these nature trails and I was impressed with how good I was handling the bike and I even went off the trail at one point down a sandstone creek bed and then off into some gravel in the nature and it felt really good to sort of... "Be more free" and able to explore in ways I couldn't before!
I know I need to be careful going off the trail as I don't wanna damage any ecosystem too much or pop my tires, yet it's cool knowing that I have the option to explore a bit off the trail in certain ways.
Had an absolute feast when I got home, made a huge meal and had some junk food and deserts and snacks and just pigged out, I'm loving this new cooker! And, so grateful I get to do all this and eat some really good food and also spend more time with family and all the other cool things!
I've got a couple more sweet adventures planned coming up soon and I'm super excited!
Life has been really interesting lately and I look forward to seeing what the Universe shows in regards to certain things in the near future!
