I relate to the anxiety of crossing borders, preparing for potential questions from the authorities, not wanting to set them off, delay me or consider me suspicious. I cringe what the crossing of borders would be like for someone who can't claim as solid as a story - knowing people in government, having the assumed wealth of a foreign traveler.
