Life after death

in #writing2 years ago

Please be aware that this is just my personal opinion and it does not mean it is a general opinion.

Do you believe in life after death?

The only ones that can live after death are the worms that will consume your remains. Your life as such reached the end point, and that's it. Forget about those who say: "Now you are watching over us from heaven." Nor that the dead became astronauts. The river brought you there, because your body died and your conscience died. There is no heaven where Saint Peter is waiting for you at the entrance..

Contrary to my statements are those who believe in a whole series of things according to the Bible, but I prefer not to fall into those discussions.

Death is a natural biological act and the subject is inevitable because it is there by our side every day and makes us remember that everyone has the travel ticket in their pocket, because, simply, every day we find out that they have died so-and-so or I don't know who and there are times when he takes members of our family. It's hard to accept her, but she's still there, smiling, with her bare teeth.

I remember when I was a child, my mother told me that the measles almost made me kick the bucket, but I don't remember anything about it. The other thing is that (it has happened to all those who drive vehicles sometimes), sometimes I was very close to having the occasional serious accident, and on occasions my car had dangerous defects that thankfully did not become major.

What one feels after those moments is some wonder and breath, and what we have left is to thank God for keeping us safe and sound.

I believe that When someone dies, all their dreams, worries, loves and hates also die with them. Therefore I don't care at all if my family and/or friends will remember me or not. There they are if they ever remember me or forget me forever.

The one who dies must leave the world aware of what he did and what he failed to do, assuring that his passage through the world has not been in vain; that is, the ideal is that the person has been a good citizen in all senses, with more points in favor of him than against him.

After the death of someone it is not uncommon to hear people say: "He was a good person", or on the contrary: "One less rat for humanity". But, indistinctly, the one who worries least about it is the deceased. I believe that the one who dies does not rest, because those who rest are the living. The one who dies is completely and utterly extinguished.
