Thanks for sharing your experiences. I would like to hear more. I know what it's like to cook for a crowd and that's not special orders and other pressures that professional cooks see on a daily basis. I like cooking but I know I would not be able to cope with those kinds of pressures all the time.
I've certainly enjoyed just having to cook at home for my wife @cecicastor for the last 3 weeks. I could get used to this lol
