Good Morning beautiful steemians. I trust we're all fine? i put a little twist to today's episode by starting with a smile poem or rhyme i wrote.
Starting your day with a smile is more important than you think. Even a faked smile is said to give a positive boost to your mood. A smile improves breathing and which leads to releasing of stress. The poem above is an encapsulation of the importance and impact of a smile. And that's just about it. it's simple, smile!
So before you step out today, remember to look in the mirror and smile. Smile when you meet people. Smile even if it's fake, and i assure you, your mood will experience a positive boost.
