With all the respect you deserve, I have two councils in this regard: one for your pastor and one for you. For your pastor I have the advice to try to know better his sheep to use the right words, but this is not achieved merely by knowing a grammatical manual of the right words, but in deepening a relationship of intimate love with Christ who is the shepherd really of his sheep and you know them better than anyone and Jesus himself says that he knows his sheep and they know him, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice, so as your pastor seeks to know better Good pastor who is the Lord Jesus, then your congregation will hear the biblical language of Jesus. For you, I advise you not to let the ministerial deficiency your pastor have affect you to such a degree that your heart falls into the sin of feeling hatred for him, because then you will be in such a position of prejudice and evil, that you will not be able to hear God speak through your pastor, even though he speaks to you with the language of heaven. Do not let that evil in your life not be worth it.
