I use this for images:

Thats my best trick ;p Always have a witty comment under each image :)

Awesome. What's the sub do? And how did you get the grey box above?

I guess I do have a few tricks - the sub tag is subtext, the witty comments go in there.
And to write about these tags without them disappearing, you can use the back tick symbol - ``
Just like bold or itallics with *, one on each side
