Staying positive is just like staying healthy. Our brain works in a magnificent way, the pattern in which we utilize it, becomes a habit that can't be easily retracted.
Some people who are addicted to smoking for years becomes a habit, It's almost impossible to stop such habit because their brain had been programmed to perceive that smoking is a useful substance for their well-being.
Having a positive mind will equally give you a positive life, why wont you stay positive?


Below are some tips to help you stay positive at all times:



1. Eat, drink, have a proper sleep

Eating, sleeping and Proper intake of body fluids affect our mental and health status. It is pivotal to eat meals that are rich in vitamins because it's essential for mental development and good health. Lack of meals rich in vitamins lead to vitamin deficiency, and lack of proper sleep lead to depression, insomnia, and stress.


2. Mingle with positive people

When you're being surrounded by optimistic people, they will help you to become optimistic and happy. Mingle with positive and motivated people at all times cos they will inspire, motivate and carry you along.


3. Meditate

Even if it's just for few minutes. Above all, you can't settle an issue you don't know about. Once you observe your thoughts, you will know where to begin.


4. Transform negativity into positivity.

Everyone has a thought that revolves around their brain. For a few, it's that additional 5k we have been working persistently to get off. For others, funds can burden us. Take that primary issue and transform it into an assertion. Rather than concentrating on the extra weight, say to yourself, "I'm awesome just the way I am." No, it won't make that pesky 5k fall off, yet it will give you certainty and inspiration.


5. Help other people

Occasionally, the most ideal approach to help you stay positive throughout the day is to help other people remain positive as well. When others are down, that is the point at which they require positivity the most. Rather than keeping away from their negative energy in fear of it spreading to you, bounce in head first with your positive attitude and help sparkle the light to light up their day!.

That's one of the major key to positivity. Keep it up.

The people we spend time with influences us even more than we think, hence the need to keep positive company.

Nice post. Read a lot about it though, since the whole "positive" thing is pretty fashionable...
I don't mind being positive, but... Being real is a whole lot of different.
I mean, the whole "be positive, everything will be fine" dogma these days is getting a bit irritating, isn't it?

Yeah! Vibration and positivity has a lot in common. It's like a source to life. It keep anyone going despite the odds. But my dwell would be of self motivation. Taking the external motivation and locking it deep into the physiological system where it can instantly reached when in need.
