I really feel it did. I've been writing regular blog entries for years and, as a result, have a huge backlog of content. A couple of weeks ago a friend of mine posted about Steemit, I had no idea what it was about but felt really drawn to it. I had no idea how lucrative it was at the time.

I'm not trying to do a shameless plug, really check out this synchronicity of mine below. I started re-reading a book on them from my past. And I received a book review offer shortly after - all because I had reviewed a similar book(the one I started re-reading) on Amazon.
Anyway my guess was the first time I heard about steemit was right when I started re-reading the book on synchronicities and then when I received the book review offer it cause me to look back and re-examine everything I might have missed which eventually led me to steemit.
