I made almost $200 so far which is awesome because I would never have done $ 200 without Steemit. So after almost four weeks here on Steemit I just wanted to say thank you to all my upvoters (especially the whales), commentators and downvoters.
I love writing!
I have been writing for some crypto news pages (Cryptocoinsnews, Cointelegraph, bitcoinblog etc.) for several months in english and german before starting my own project which I had to sell because time was short while preparing for my exams at university.
But I always loved reading and writing. (And sure, I also have plans to publish my own book in the future. But who doesn't have those plans? ;) )
For now I won't write a book but I continue to use Steemit to get better at writing and learning from the well known Steemit authors.
While learning and improving my skills I can earn some extra money. Isn't it great?
And on top of that I can deal with my other hobby, cryptocurrencies, too.
Man, I really love it here :) Thank you! :)
I love it too, I know that I need to do more Blog posts and refine my writing skills. For me it is a struggle to get the post down so that it makes any sense, I really lack confidence in my writing ability, the thought of doing blog post actually scares the cr@p out of me. I never did well in English at school; I think I passed one term in 6 years, when I had a hippy stand in teacher who said it was all about the vibe not spelling , punctuation or grammar, so without auto-correct or my scribbling would most likely be illegible. I have followed you and I look forward to seeing ( and Upvoting) your posts in my Feed.
Thank you! Followed you, too :) Probably we can help each other in improving our skills :)
Absolutely.. Practice and repetition is the key my mentors have told me is the key to blogging sucess.
Its amazing right, the rewards make you keep coming back and active users tend to spend so much time on the site. The engagement levels for steem are truly staggering.
I know its value is dropping on the exchange and i think it gives it a fairer valuation(based on market cap) but it needs to keep the number of users growing, once people join and invest in steem power i don't doubt they'll come back to reap the rewards of the system but the new user numbers look more or less constant and not accelerating at a pace we would have hoped for.
Correct! I made a Steemit 30 day Challenge where I try to accquire new users from my Facebook, Twitter friends.
