RE: The School DAO or how blockchain could raise our children

in #writing7 years ago

I think this is a feasible idea for the future. It's implementation will expose the teachers who don't take their jobs seriously, as well as help academic institutions gear learning towards individual learning curves and abilities.

For example. If a child is good at math, why force the child to cram useless history into their minds? Leave that to the curious philosophy driven individuals. Maybe the children good at math can be screened for computer science, economics, physics, ect... Then they can be taught what they enjoy doing, thus having a higher chance at success in life. I've actually thought about this if you can't tell lol.

Precisely, match students with teachers who are adept in the instructors field, so that passion can be grown and students have a better chance at understanding the world. We can have a decentralzed school book writing platform, scholars from around the world could help write constantly evolving curiculum material.

Bingo.

Im sad nobody caught my stanley kubrick reference in the title.

I know who he was, but sadly I didn't catch the reference. I still don't. What was the reference to?
