따뜻한 카리스마(Warm charisma)
따뜻한 카리스마가 뭐냐고 물어오는
사람들에게 나는 '싸우지 않고도
이기는 힘'이라고 말합니다.
서로가 따뜻한 카리스마를 가지고 있다면
세상 사는 일이 편해집니다.
Asking what is warm charisma

Life is easier for me.
어느덧 당신 주변에는
자연스럽게 당신을 믿고 따르는
사람들이 모여들 것입니다.
카리스마라는 것은 결국 나를 이끌어주고,
믿고 따를 만한 믿음이 느껴지게 하는
일종의 이끌림입니다.
Before you know it, there's a time when you're around
Believing and following you naturally
People will gather.
Being charismatic eventually leads me on,
To feel the faith to trust and to follow
It's kind of a chase.
이 사람이라면 뭔가 답을 제대로
제시해줄 것 같은 신뢰와 공감을 통하여
그러한 믿음은 하나 둘 쌓여갑니다.
절대 같은 길을 가고 싶지 않은 사람이
있는가 하면, 왠지 모를 이끌림에
따르고 싶어지는 사람이 있습니다.
This guy's got to answer something
With the trust and empathy that would suggest
And those beliefs are building up.
If anyone doesn't want to go the same way,

따뜻한 카리스마란
그런 것이 아닐까 합니다.
감히 어쩔 수 없는 권위적인 힘이 아니라,
순면처럼 부드러운 인간애나 뛰어난 실력에서
배울 점이 많아 끌리는 힘 말입니다.
What is warm charisma?
I'm afraid so.

지닌 사람이 되어야겠습니다.
