Damn You Steemians...
You're making things almost impossible.
It's been 4 days since I had ~55% VP and told everyone that I was about to slow down and regain some strenght. - I guess it was easier said than done, because I've been upvoting 530+ posts since then!
- I'm at ~57% voting power right now...
So I've been able to recover ~2% in 4 days and that's not what I had in mind. But, I also didn't take into consideration that you Steemians would continue to be this awesome and publish so much incredible content! - So I guess I fooled myself.
"Do you never sleep?"
5 days ago, I asked you if you've ever wanted to help a person to change their lives. - And I gave you a chance to help me. You can read more about it here.
That whole thing has to do with my passion and a dream.
- I want to study and I need to pay back a student loan of ~$3000.
However, I don't beg for money or donations. I just simply asked if you could find it in your heart to upvote any of my future articles, until March, with a higher percentage upvote than you would normally do. As the price of SBDs has been (and still is) great, I wanted to take advantage of the price as much as possible.
~$3000 And I'm Going For 50/50.
I would love to pay back my student loan with my Steemit earnings. If I would be able to accomplish that, it would literally mean that Steemit paid for my education. In some sense. And let's face it...
- That would be truly amazing!
That being said...
- What's this 50/50 I've mentioned?
I will shortly start to use 50% of my earnings, and invest in Steem Power. The remaining 50% will be cashed out until I have enough to pay off my student debt. When I've accomplished that, I will try to invest as much of my earnings as possible right back into Steemit, in form of Steem Power to grow my account.
- I want to become a dolphin...
Great job! I am doing something very similar! I plan on investing 50% of my earnings back into steem power and using the other 50% to pay for my current schooling! hopefully I can get enough to limit my already compiling student debts. I'm looking forward to following your content :)
Oh that's cool!
There's an education starting in March, but due to the student debt I have, I'm not eligible new student loans until I've paid it back. So if I can manage to pay back these ~$3000 until March, I'll be eligible for a new student loan and can study. - I want to study to become a treatment assistant. (I think that's the proper word for it in English). And I want to focus on teenagers who suffers from mental illness.
freakin loans :(
You gotta keep your voting power up man, you are actually losing money both for yourself and those you up vote by keeping it so low.
Yeah I know... But it's hard not to upvote great content... So I'm trying to regain power but I haven't been doing too well since I last stated that.. So I'll do even better this time! :D
Yeah, you did well at sticking around 20% a day it seems, just not cutting back enough. It will be more beneficial in the long run!
That's awesome :). I have my eye on some long-standing student loans as well - they've been such a burden for so long. Steemit is making it look possible. <3
That's great kay! - I know you'll have great success on Steemit and you'll be able to pay off those debts with ease. :)
It would actually be amazing. That's certainly the hope!
Just do what you've done so far and you'll manage to do it! :)
:D
Let's help him guys! Don't give up @hitmeasap!
I will never give up! :)
Haha tell me about it... i only managed to recover to about 40%. 60% now after i took a break yesterday.
At the current pace, i'm sure you can make that $3k in no time. I only hope that crypto prices don't take a dump.
Yeah, I would love to accomplish this as fast as possible too. Both due to the price of SBDs obviously, but also because I need to send my application before 18/2.
Awesome man. And good luck.
With your posting frequency and the general payouts I see on them, I think you will have no trouble getting the cash for you loans and becoming a dolphin. I have rather low SP but ill surely be upvoting. I have you on autovote after all. I may miss a few cuz of b/w issues but i'll try to make sure I get you. It will be my honor as a fellow future dolphin.
I have a question for you. I delegated a small amount to @randowhale, when I get ready to do more can I just do a second delegation or do I have to undelegate and then delegate the new amount. I'm sure this is a stupid question but I just want to be sure.
Thanks for the post.
Keep Steeming!
I truly appreciate your continuous support!
That's actually not a stupid question at all. The first time I delegated SP I started to delegate 200 SP and the next time I just delegated 200 SP again. So it became a total of 400 SP.
However, I have undelegated now, due to some crazy issue. I can't even tell what it was... But now I'll have to wait for 5-6 days until I can delegate again. :/
Cool. thanks.
Go for it @hitmeasap! We're rooting for ya. Im using crypto to pay of a school loan too. Love your gaming vids btw
Thank you very much, I'm glad you like them! :)
I hope you'll successfully be able to pay off your loans with crypto!
I am still fairly young, so I am currently considering saving up any steemit earnings and putting them towards college. I am no where near that point, but I still have plenty of time to get there!
Sounds like a good plan! It's always great to have a plan. That makes us work harder towards our goals. :)
Thank you!!!
If you coulld give me an interview I will post it and send you the SBD reward if this would mean something for you.
Interview? Me?
I would probably be up for it, but what would be the reason for it? What type of interview?
Well, lets start with your steemit bio. You say you are freelancer and gamer. Then, you are obviously studying something that's another subject to talk about. Questions would literally flood from everywhere :)
Allright. Yeah, well. Hook me up in steem.chat
Enjoy the vote and reward!
Haha, thanks! :)
Hey, I just found you there. I sent you a link with all questions for the interview.
That's great! I'll have a look at it and reply later on.
Sounds awesome @hitmeasap!
Don't give up bro, u gat my support here
Thank you!
Good luck! Hopefully, the prices spike again so you can pay off the student loan faster. I'm thinking Chinese New Year-ish. Crossing my fingers!
Best of luck. It's awesome to see with all the passion you're posting with now.
How much SP does it take to become a dolphin?
