This is something I said in a previous article... And even though I still both believe that this is true and still mean it... I've realized that I haven't been working towards my own goals and my milestones in the best possible ways I can, even though I thought so. - I forgot something along the way and for that, I am sorry.
Resteem And Grow.
With that being said, "Resteem And Grow" was brought to life due to the flaws in my approach. I realized that I haven't been Resteeming articles frequently, like I should've done.
This is from the previous article I mentioned:
I work hard to interact and communicate with my readers. I try to respond to each of the comments I get on my articles. I also recommend other authors to do the same.

I do this due to my beliefs of growing as a community. My readers spend time writing comments on my articles and the least I can do is to respond or upvote. - If I ignore or neglect those around me, I will be treated the same way.
My reply would be seen as a token of appreciation. A way of saying "thank you" for the support and their time. An upvote, no matter the value, would also be seen the same way.
A good leader should do these things. This is also why I respond to each message I get on steem.chat or on Discord. - I try to see the bigger picture.
Even though I truly want my readers/followers to see my upvotes and/or replies as a token of apprecation and a symbol of gratitude... - A Resteem might be an even better alternative!
I will obviously continue to work hard and put in tons of effort to respond to and/or upvote each comment I get on my articles, but I will also start to Resteem articles on a daily basis to help my fellow Steemians to grow their accounts!
A Resteem is literally the perfect way to "pay it forward", and even though I truly realized that a long, long time ago, I actually never followed my own advice.
I will not Resteem multiple articles per day, as each article I publish and Resteem will be seen by my followers, so I cannot allow myself to fill their feed with tons of articles... But I will try to Resteem something on a more or less daily basis.
I Recommend Everyone To Do This!
Even if you have 10 followers, 1000 or 5000. - Everyone will and can benefit by your Resteem!
Let's say you have 10 followers. You resteem my post and none of your followers follows me. - They don't even know that I exist! - 8 of them dislike my content and ignores it... But the remaining two loves it.
- That means 2 more followers for me!
From This Day, I Will Start To Resteem Articles Regularly.
This is my first "project" in 2018... And it might even be the best or the most beneficial project I've ever had... It's time to make Steemit a better place for all of us. Just like I've said many times before...
And it starts today!
Note that I will never Resteem articles for the sake of just resteeming things. Each article I resteem will have made some sort of impact on me.
I also hope that I will be able to get some statistics out of this so I can share in-depth details with you along the way. However this is not a time limited "project" in any way. This will be implemented in my approach for a better environment and a better experience for all of us!
I will upvote two different authors on a daily basis with 100%, if the #resteemngrow tag is being properly used. - This will be on-going for a limited time. This will not only give you the chance of 100% upvotes, it will also give you the chance to gain more exposure as you'll automatically have a chance of having your articles Resteemed too!

That's probably one of the coolest parts about Steemit actually. You publish once and can get recurring "payments" all the way until payday, for each thing you publish.
Publish one thing and Netflix the remaining 6 and you'll still get paid! :D - Literally the best job ever!

I usually limit my resteems but sometimes I get carried away. Most of the time I follow someone because I like what they write about not what they like to read, but think this is an excellent way to help others grow.
Yeah, Resteems are awesome and I've always liked the possibility to resteem content. However, I also feel that many Steemians misuse the option or use it very poorly... Which ultimately lead to self harm. But many of them doesn't seem to realize it.
I will Resteem articles on a more or less daily basis from now on, but I will not risk the support of any of my followers. I will Resteem with caution.
You are right resteeming is just another way to grow as a user here and also help others.
