Sleep-don't underestimate the importance of those eight hours of sleep every night, set up schedule Do you work better right after school or after you've eaten dinner? Are you more productive in 60-minute blocks or half-hours spurts? find a schedule that works for you, and sticks to it.Timing also makes it a habit to study early in the morning, i suggest studying from 4am to 6am, my point is that when you wake up early and haven't subjected your brain in any form of worry and stress, and the environs are more clam during that time, definitely it will help you to assimilate.manage your study space, find a place that will maximize your productivity. look for place as in a cool free from the television and other distractions. whether it's a local library or just a decks in your bedroom, set a small period and in different manners, its more easy to reread then to reread the entire textbook, study isn't fun to begin with, and forcing yourself through a study marathon will only make it worse. You are in school to learn,so don't be afraid to do just that(asking for help)-from a teacher or student is a sure fire way to make sure you understand the materials
