If you have such a long time in everyday life, when you do not have anything to do, then look back at your routine and your work style.
Rise up in the morning and write the routine, it will get less time in which you will be sitting in the open.
While sleeping late in the night, think about tomorrow's work.
However, if there is no time to do anything, then do these things: -
Read: - Book, blank, newspaper, blogs, etc.
Write: - verses, poems, blog posts, diaries etc.
Play: - Yogurt, workout, play favorite game
Learn: - Any new art, music, embroidery, sewing, any new game
Do: - Meditation, worship, home / office cleaning, cooking
And most importantly: -
Think: - What should I do again to think about what to do?
