I can only find BitShares Wallet in Yandex & Aptoide, no Smartcoins Wallet.
the de.bitsharesmunich.wallet.apk in SlideMe is not working ( only a LOGO picture), just like the apk download from F-Droid. AlternativeTo is blocked.
Below, you mentioned google play services. China blocks a lot of stuff, I hope cryptocurrencies and decentralized apps will eventually solve that problem.

The bugs you listed below are for the old BitShares Wallet which is not being maintained right now.

In China, through the normal channels to buy the phone, the Google Play Service can not work. I tried all kinds of methods to run the Smartcoins Wallet, finally failed . So I need to refer to this version for translation:
