My goodness you took it just to the next level, however I want to quickly state that i have always been a hardworker at times what people needs is encouragement and kind words to persevere.
Apart from the monetary rewards it's the "nice post" kinda comment from some spammers kills the morale of some writers.
I say this because we all need encouragement and I for one support consistency and good content
