Yes.. that’s the word. In as much as we believe it’s real, we still don’t know how it happens.
According to Wikipedia….
Karma (/ˈkɑːrmə/; Sanskrit: कर्म, translit. karma, IPA: [ˈkərmə] ( listen); Pali: kamma) means action, work or deed;[1] it also refers to the spiritual principle of cause and effect where intent and actions of an individual (cause) influence the future of that individual (effect).[2] Good intent and good deed contribute to good karma and future happiness, while bad intent and bad deed contribute to bad karma and future suffering
Is there really Karma? How does it work?
This is a question I’ve had to ask myself many times and still don’t have the answer. I want to confine my questions about Karma to the evil or bad perspective in this write up.
Often times, we expect that wicked or evil people should face an equal or greater situations as they have shown to us. Yet they even live longer and happier.
The question is, what if they are suffering this in different capacities or what if the recent inhuman behaviour they showed to us, is as a result of the ones we have shown to others who wished karma caught up with us soon.
Would we all be alive today if there was Karma?
Another brain rearranging thought. We have all been unfair to people in different ways at one point or the other. So if everyone is meant to suffer an equal or greater pain for every time he or she was unfair or bad to another human, then there won’t be anymore bad/unfair humans in the planet Or we would possibly not be here today.
May be Karma comes to play at a certain degree of unfairness
Yea… May be we don’t get to suffer for all the bad things we do to other humans.
Arguably, every human tends to be unfair to others at least once a day. It could be that little gossip, it could be that little lie, or the small, hate guided preference you give to one person over the other.
Surely, they are all unfair behaviours that we exhibit and in most cases we are aware of them.
Karma is philosophical
I could go on to talk about Karma but still wont find any answers or maybe some persons do.
However, Karma is a philosophical question that gets me confused each time I think about it and you’d agree with me that Philosophy can be best handled by philosophers.
So glad to see you were able to get an entry out!!! Karma is great when someone receives it instantly! Instant karma!! Well unless it happens to yourself then it can be a witch!!
thanks! I had to do this one...the silence was alarming 😂
Sure, I'd prefer instant karma.
Lol i hope you don't have to experience any bad karma!

Karma is definitely an interesting concept! I used to reject it a lot more than I do now, I still tend to reject it because like you mentioned some of the most evil people seem to have the best lives and are the richest most powerful people, BUT.. Perhaps there is something spiritual going on, maybe in another lifetime or in the next dimension they have to account for such.. And at the very least there is a direct sort of alienation from those good people who were upset by such, but rarely does that bother the sociopath! Thanks for the interesting entry kenneth1!
