I also used to have piles of different tea boxes, for the very same reasons and ended up with little to no space in the cupboard. I learnt from a friend that I can donate to a small community shop in my neighbourhood, which I did.
As for the birthday party decorations - 4 months later some of them are still hanging... In my defence, I tried to take them out but my son asked me to keep them. ;))
Indoor Ugg boots, not a fan! The outdoor ones, yes. Although some of them look plain ugly, they keep my feet warm. Too bad can't wear them in the snow.
It's a goof trick to place the sweets and treats higher. For us it worked a few months until my junior learned to climb on a chair.Thank you @bengy for a delightful read! I totally get your wife's habit of having warm water with lemon. I do the same, with just half of lemon. The only exception is that I use the other half for salad dressing later on.
