Las frutas, nos aportan una gran fuentes, de vitaminas, que nos pueden ayudar, a mejorar nuestra salud, como por ejemplo; aliviar dolores, curar enfermedades, vitaminas que solo comiendo una fruta, o dos diarias nos puede veneficiar, mucho y eso investigando, los beneficios de cada fruta.
