I can't speak officially for our fearless leader, but it's pretty loose. As long as you're in the ballpark by a couple hours, you're fine.
Just stick to your time zone. By default it's Midnight EST.
Sounds good @steemfluencer. I am on Central Time, so that's easy. I worried it might be UTC or something that would throw things off for me. ;-) thanks for the response!!
