I got goosebumps and teary-eyed while reading this. Congratulations, you've done it, and you should be proud. I'm proud of you! ๐๐๐ค
I think fantasy books are fantasy for a reason, and so take it for granted that if itโs your world, this insane magic trick youโre describing works by default.
โ I always hear my husband say that whenever critics go on about fantasy films not being real... he always says, "It's fantasy for a reason." ๐
I'm gonna buy a copy, and most importantly, I'm gonna read it... and I'm gonna mention it to my friends who are big readers too:)
Congrats again โค๏ธ
Awww, wonderful you <3 I am proud. Also eager to get back to just writing, as this whole promotional song-and-dance has taken the life outta me xD
Precisely! There seems to be a lot of nuance to this genre, with some craving "realistic" fantasy, and others not. Some wanting it explained to them, and others not...it just goes on.
So well said (and thank you, I really do hope you like it!!). Someone asked me about buying a book, to "contribute financially". I'm not someone who takes offence easily, but this one irritated me a bit. It's not as if I'm selling them for charity, and if someone's gonna get the book, I'd rather know they will actually read it and hopefully enjoy what they read, you know? Not just buy it to stick it on a shelf and gloat about their "good deed". :)
Thank you, my dear <3
